There IS Rest For The Weary

Jesus said “Come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and YOU WILL FIND REST FOR YOUR SOUL. ”  Matthew 11:28-29 NASB

Truth: God’s peace and rest is available to us in every moment, especially when we need it most. In the midst of confusion, when life seems out of control, and everything has turned upside down, Jesus says to us “My peace I give to you.” (John 14:27)

Takeaway: His peace is just a sincere prayer away.

“For the Lord God..has said this: “In returning to Me and rest you shall be saved; In quietness and trust is your strength.” Isaiah 30:15
